Acceptable Use Policy

Use this service for lawful ecommerce creative work. Prompts and uploaded assets must comply with this policy. Payment or membership does not bypass safety screening.
01Permitted use
Create hero, lifestyle, feature and detail images for genuine products, and plan product stories/storyboards using assets you own or are authorized to use. Verify claims, likeness permissions, rights and destination platform rules before publishing.
02Sexual and harmful content
Pornographic, nude, sexually suggestive and other NSFW content is prohibited. Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited. Do not create hate, abuse, harmful violence, illegal trade, fraud or material encouraging harm.
03People and likenesses
Face swapping, deepfakes and facial manipulation are not offered. Do not transplant or replace a real person’s face, undress subjects, impersonate people, fabricate endorsements or create misleading evidence. Claiming consent does not permit these uses. Model references require appropriate rights and must not be used to bypass these limits.
04Rights, products and advertising
Do not upload pirated, counterfeit or unauthorized assets or fabricate certifications, benefits, reviews or sales. Do not promote unlawful goods or deceive consumers. We sell creative software services, not the physical products depicted in images.
05Screening and enforcement
Server-side checks and Creem prompt moderation run before generation. Rejected/flagged requests and screening outages do not start a new model call or deduct generation credits. Screening is not infallible; you remain responsible for reviewing assets and outputs. Do not evade it with coded prompts, split instructions or direct API calls. We may reject jobs and restrict abusive accounts.
06Reporting and review
Report prohibited content or request a moderation review through /contact or zhouyushi@gravityarc.top with the job reference and explanation. Do not resend sensitive images or identity documents. We aim to respond within three business days.
