Please read these terms before using AIShopFlow. They apply to accounts, creative tools and digital services on this website.
01The service and its current stage
AIShopFlow is independent ecommerce creative software that uses third-party AI models through its own workflows for product image sets, A+ content, model photos and asset management. We are not the model developer or endorsed by model developers. We do not sell physical goods, operate social accounts or buy traffic. Motion video generation, voice and rendering are not yet available. We do not offer face swapping, deepfakes or facial manipulation. Review availability and credit quotes in the workspace before submission. Live purchasing is currently disabled.
02Accounts and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a contract in your location, provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Do not share accounts or impersonate others. Password registration currently does not send verification emails and does not establish verified email ownership.
03Rights to your material
You retain your existing rights in uploaded material. You must have the rights and consents needed for products, likenesses, scripts, music and trademarks. You grant us and necessary providers a limited permission to process, store and display material to deliver your requests; this does not transfer ownership.
04Outputs and commercial use
AI can produce errors, distorted people/products, similar outputs and results that are not copyright-protectable. Review product accuracy, likeness permissions, rights and platform requirements before use. We do not guarantee exclusivity, sales, platform approval or advertising performance.
05Prohibited use
Do not generate pornography, nudity, sexually suggestive or other NSFW content, sexual content involving minors, hate, harmful violence, unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or misleading impersonation content. Face swapping, deepfakes and facial manipulation are prohibited, including requests claiming consent. Do not attack the service, evade moderation/quotas or access others’ assets. Our Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use also applies. We may reject jobs and restrict abuse; contact support for review.
06Plans, trials and cancellation
If paid purchasing becomes available, prices, currency, tax, generation credits, billing intervals and trial conditions will be disclosed before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the monthly or annual interval confirmed at checkout. Any subscription trial and first charge will be explained there. The free account trial is separate from a renewing subscription trial: claiming free account credits does not authorize a charge. Cancel renewal from Billing; cancellation is not a refund and plans do not include unlimited generation.
07Credits and one-time packs
Images and videos share a credit balance. Quotes are shown before submission; successful jobs settle the reservation and confirmed failures release it. Uncertain provider outcomes require reconciliation. Monthly plan credits expire at the paid period end; annual credits are granted upfront and expire at the annual paid period end. Trial credits are issued once per account and last 7 days. One-time packs do not renew, expire after the period shown at purchase (currently 12 months after grant) and do not include membership features. Canceling a subscription does not remove unexpired pack credits. Credits expiring first are used first. Check grants and expiry in Billing. Mandatory rights take priority. Credits only measure use of this software service. They are not money, a stored-value account or a gift card, and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or spent with third parties.
08Availability and responsibility
Maintenance, provider failures or free-hosting sleep can interrupt service. Export important work for your own records. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
09Changes and questions
We will date updates here and give appropriate advance notice of material changes affecting charges or important rights, such as an in-product notice. Please contact us first about disputes; mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
